As a woman who wears

"As a woman who wears a woman's size 10. 5-11 W, I cannot fit comfortably in Samuel Hubbard's women's shoes. So, I tried these boots which my husband has and raves about. I ordered a man's size 9. 5, and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. They have the Hubbard insert which feels better than my custom made orthotics. Because they are flat, there is no pressure on my instep or metatarsal area as is always the case with women's shoes. I wish women's shoes were made with such thought."

"These are my third pair of Samuel Hubbards. I've truly never had such well-made shoes. The Winter's Day Boots were so comfortable right out of the box. . . they are just a bit roomier than my usual 9 1/2, but that will be perfect because I'll usually be wearing them with warm socks.
