Free & Easy Returns and Exchanges within 60 Days of Purchase.

We strive to produce very high-quality, well-crafted footwear and accessories, and offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase. To qualify for a full refund or merchandise exchange, your returned shoes must be unworn in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Samuel Hubbard reserves the right to deny refunds for any returned items that do not comply with this policy.

 Please note that items indicated as Final Sale are sold in as-is condition, and do not qualify for returns or exchanges of any kind.

When receiving your order, please try on your shoes indoors on a clean, non-abrasive surface that will neither damage nor scuff the shoes. Walk around inside long enough to make sure you are satisfied with the fit and feel before wearing the shoes outdoors. Once you wear the shoes outdoors, they will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.

How will you notify us and when can I expect to see the refund?

Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after UPS confirms receipt of your return. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed. The refund should appear on your credit card statement by your next billing cycle. We will issue you a full credit in the form of your original method of payment, including any taxes paid. If you chose to use an expedited shipping method when you placed your order, that fee will not be refunded.

Can I return items not purchased at

No. Occasionally, Samuel Hubbard ships shoes directly to our customers at the request of a third-party store or website where the purchase was made. If that is the case, please contact the retail store or website where the purchase was made for a refund.

I received incorrect or defective shoes, what should I do?
