- Returns and exchanges accepted within 60 days of original purchase
- Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Try shoes indoors on a clean surface before wearing outside — outdoor wear disqualifies returns
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Samuel Hubbard reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet these conditions
Common questions
When will I receive my refund?
Once received at our warehouse, allow up to 7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when done. The refund will appear on your statement by your next billing cycle, in your original payment method including taxes. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I return shoes purchased through a third-party retailer?
No — items not purchased directly at SamuelHubbard.com must be returned to the original retailer.
I received incorrect or defective shoes. What should I do?
Please contact us right away at 844-482-4800 or returns@samuelhubbard.com. We’ll exchange the item or issue a full refund.
