Not a squishy hybrid, this

"Not a squishy hybrid, this shoe is beautifully made and will likely last forever. It's sturdy and supportive and took a little break-in, but is quite comfortable. I looks good and the craftsmanship is excellent. A side note. . . far too many shoes are now made on a Euro last/size basis and the converted to US sizes. . . I wear a SZ 8 which is a Euro 41. 5. . . this shoe and all Sam Hubbards are sized properly and I really appreciate it. A rarity these days."

"The leatherhas a soft glove feel to it, yet it's of substantial thickness and quality. I have a pair in brown and waited for the black since my size was on backorder. Was worth the wait. The shoe has a hand crafted look but with a more precise feel. They are very well made. This is one of the first pairs of shoes I have owned that I would consider resoling instead of buying a new pair. That is saying something."

Beautiful shoes, the quality is

"Beautiful shoes, the quality is all there. Vibram soles really seal the deal, they’re hard to beat. Customer service is world class too. I do wish they were very slightly more wide and perhaps a tad shorter in length. I typically wear a size 45. The 11’s were the perfect length but were too narrow. 11. 5’s were better for the width but a tad too long. Nonetheless, they’re excellent and worth the money. I just have difficult feet."
